To work for Rural Innovations Company at our corporate headquarters, any potential candidate must be willing to relocate to Madhupur, Jharkhand, India. We provide the logistics for relocating and we also provide accommodation on request.

The first six months are considered as probation and training period during which time new hires undergo specialized training to ensure a successful transition into their job function. They are also given some insight into the culture and work ethics of the company. After the six month period, the salary and job title are revised based on the recommendations of the direct report manager and the hiring manager.
