Rural Innovations Company actively engages in training young and older adults in
the rural communities through various initiatives.
For a lot of these people, going to school to get an education is not an option
as it takes time away from earning a living to support their families.
Vocational training focuses on imparting skills that do not require extensive
education and can be put to work right away to help supplement their incomes.
